Dear Brad White: In WWII we had to deal with a hypothetical invasion, and devoted massive resources to crushing Germany in order to make our country safe and protect out sovereignty. While we succeeded in thwarting the German plan, if one existed, we have been less successful in forestalling a subsequent, much more ominous invasion from the Third World which met with no resistance once our defences had been dismantled through subversive Lobby intervention in the highest levels of the Federal Government. It was there where the crucial, secret decision was taken to reject traditional British and European immigrants in favour of Blacks and other visible minorities and to abandon the merit principle in the selection process.
If the invasion continues, and there is no sign of abatement, the country as we know it, and for whom so many gave their lives, will be destroyed. There is widespread awareness of the dangerous problem but little organized resistance to the Lobby who have imposed it on us, partly because of the climate of Political Correctness that inhibits public discussion of such “sensitive” issues. This impediment could be overcome easily I should think if the Royal Canadian Legion, which is both powerful and above reproach, could join forces with other patriotic organizations, e.g. Ms Kopala’s Centre for Immigration Policy Reform, and speak out against our internal enemies. Such a coalition would soon gain momentum which could be turned toward the defence against other serious threats to our sovereignty. This is an important issue which I think deserves every Legionnaire’s attention.

Thanks. The problem is becoming increasingly urgent and soon could defy any solution palatable to the dwindling majority of native-born traditional (tax-paying) Canadians.
Jason Kenney now talks about reducing the numbers but I get the impression from simple observation that the opposite is taking place, with many new arrivals obviously far less eligible than the well-qualified British and European applicants whom they displace.. The numbers certainly exceed by a wide margin the official count which doesn’t include unrecorded permanent “visitors” from the USA who could total hundreds of thousands or more. Once here they can obtain welfare including multiple cheques with little difficulty thanks to the Human Rights Act which denies welfare staff the possibility of identifying them adequately and determining their eligibility.
Since they are not photographed nor fingerprinted, and all look more or less alike to Canadians, multiple cheques are easily arranged. When it was announced by The Citizen in the late ‘eighties that the local Somali population had reached 3000, the West End welfare office alone already had 15,000 Somalis on its books. My former part-time gardener told me that a young Somali with whom he shared accommodation regularly received 7 cheques under 7 different names! I have called welfare officials about the scandal only to be faced with stunning complacency.

Thank you for sending literature on your efforts to restore traditional criteria to the processing of prospective immigrants. It is now rather late in the game but let us hope that common sense, if not necessity, will soon bring the Third World preferences to an end.
I have studied immigration policy since my posting to the Canadian Embassy, Bonn, in the mid-’fifties when I came into contact with Immigration Officers and many would-be immigrants. Millions of the most desirable types were then available from Germany, including refugees from the Eastern territories. Millions more became available when the Soviet Empire broke up. Had we accepted most of these talented, attractive, industrious, assimilable people Canada would be a much more viable, contented and prosperous nation today.
In 1967 I was posted to Ottawa and became re-acquainted with a friend who had taken a job with Immigration in Toronto, and eventually put in charge of Enforcement there. He kept me informed. as a result of which I wrote many letters to Ministers and bureaucrats complaining against the scandalous racism and its cost to the nation, to no avail. I am still writing, and attach some recent samples, one to Diane Francis (April 21, 2012), one to Paul Fromm (March 16, 2012) and one to PM Harper (August 7, 2011).
It was clear from the beginning of the imposed switch from European to non-European immigration that a massive inflow from the Third World was anathema to native-born Canadians and politically explosive. That is why the policy had to be implemented surreptitiously and its purpose (as well as the identity of the powerful international lobby whose interests it served) concealed from the public. I touch on this crucial aspect in my letter to Diane Francis. It is the elephant in the drawing room in any debate on immigration but well protected from discussion by strict media and academic taboos, enforced by the lobby. Without discussion and exposure of the origin of the problem however, an adequate solution could be long delayed, in my opinion.

Origin and purpose of the open-door policy
Thanks for forwarding the piece by Daniel Greenfield on Third World migration. His description and prognosis seem reasonable enough but I think he is far off base to imply that there was something inevitable about the migrantion tsunami.
Most countries, whether advanced or retarded, through the ages have been able to control their borders (short of military invasion) and it was only when the Western democracies (or rather their venal leadership) responding to pressure from their One World lobbies and subversion within their ranks, effectively removed the controls, that the massive influx of “refugees” became possible.
It could not have happened without the pro-active intervention of a powerful pressure group with secret access to political decision-makers at the highest levels, since very few, if any, normal citizens or their elected representatives would look on inundation by Visible Minorities as anything short of alarming, if not disastrous for all concerned.
The electorate therefore were purposely not consulted nor were they even notified of the radical change in policy which would see the traditional merit criteria scrapped in favour of an egregiously racist selection process whereby, by the mid-’seventies, an illiterate,disease-ridden, black Jamaican criminal could gain residence and receive welfare benefits while a healthy, eminently-assimilable Briton with skills much in demand, would be denied even the immigration application forms.
The change was announced in an ominous, Confidential Ministerial memo addressed to all front-line Immigration Officers, circa 1970, saying that henceforth the goal of immigration policy was to “achieve racial balance in Canada” and that any Officer who impeded the entry of a person pf colour would be deemed “racist” and no longer of service to the Department. The few Officers intrepid or loyal enough to attempt to enforce the still extant Immigration Act were dismissed or transferred.
Successive governments surreptitiously endorsed without debate the open-door policy, further evidence that a powerful force transcending party politics was at work (when I confronted the Deputy Minister while still in the Foreign Service on another outrageous betrayal of the national interest by the then Federal Government, he replied “In this case, the national interest doesn’t apply”. So was it also in the case of immigration policy, with the same powerful international Lobby conspiring to destroy our traditional national unity and disable any opposition to our dispossession, which is already far advanced, perhaps irreversible short of a popular uprising.
In nations where the Lobby does not prevail, or at least is not omnipotent, e.g. Russia, there is no migrant influx problem. Undocumented arrivals are simply put on the next plane out, at the airline’s expense. Tens of thousands of Africans who had entered with student visas to attend Lumumba University in Moscow left (when fees replaced subsidies) and were not replaced – a reverse Third World movement that overloaded Western countries might well emulate, especially for migrants unable or unwilling to assimilate and on public support, which is costing us countless billions of taxpayers’ dollars that otherwise could be put to productive use.
The problem is essentially the preeminence of the Lobby, which must be ended soon if we are to survive as a coherent sovereign nation. The Lobby unfortunately not only has unlimited funds at its disposal, which it dispenses astutely and bountifully in the right places (with tight strings attached), but also enjoys the unique ability and influence to place their co-religionists and collaborators in key positions in government, universities. the judiciary and the media, This deeply-entrenched Fifth Column presents a formidable challenge to any who would wish to unseat the usurpers and restore the levers of power to Canadian hands.

The old paradigm that a country has the right to decide who enters it has been decisively overturned in Europe, it’s under siege in such first world countries as America, Canada, and Australia by the creed that says it’s the human rights obligation of every nation to accept every refugee.
Given a chance, a sizable portion of the third world would move to the first, a minority because of oppression and a majority because the opportunities and freebies are much better there. Even low ranked first-world nations still find themselves swamped with refugees looking to move in.
International law does not assign any priority to a nation’s citizens over any person who happens to stray across the border. At the ground level that means the end of borders and the end of citizenship, which is why immigration isn’t just a touchy issue in Arizona, it’s a touchy issue in Sydney, Tel Aviv and Birmingham. You can hardly open a newspaper of the liberal persuasion without being treated to another group of refugees in some troubled part of the world walled up behind fences and trying to get over to London, Sydney or New York.
This sort of thing can’t be called immigration anymore, it’s a straightforward migration and it has no apparent limits. However many you take in, there will be more waiting and always burdening you with an unsolvable crisis.
One approach is to try and stabilize whatever crisis they are supposedly escaping from. Too many Libyans running away to Italy? Just bomb their dictator and they’ll go home again. At least that’s the theory, it doesn’t work too well in practice. For one thing, Libya is more dangerous and unstable than it was under Gaddafi. Stabilizing it would require an Iraq-level investment of money and manpower, and Iraq isn’t stable either. And London is still full of Iraqi refugees dating back to the 1980′s.

Every nation is troubled in its own way and mass migration imports those troubles. It’s why beheadings have come north of the border and the Jihad has set up shop in countless Western cities.
The melting pot myth was that people leave their identities behind to join in a mass identity. That worked only marginally back in the day, it doesn’t work at all today when the refugees are immersed in their Little Mogadishus, which have popped up in a frightening amount of American cities foretelling the day when those cities will become as violent and broken as the original Mogadishu.

That sort of thing has always been around in one form or another and it is survivable in limited numbers so long as those zones don’t also become factories of violence. That’s the difference between Amish Country and a Muslim banlieue, it’s also the difference between separatism and supremacism.
The United States has had its Fenian raids, its assorted wars being waged by immigrants from its soil, and the attitude toward those conflicts has been mixed, depending on whose ox was being gored. But there’s a fundamental shift when those wars are being waged against it. That shift from immigrants using it as a conflict base to becoming the target of their conflicts is a somewhat recent one whose full implications have still not been absorbed.
Across the southern border it faces mass immigration from a country whose history is riddled with old scores to settle and whose politicians use it as a whacking post for their national troubles. And to the east and the west it faces mass migration from the Muslim world, which is operating on its own form of manifest destiny, settling Europe and European colonies, the way that European colonists once settled America.
The news is no better in Canada or Australia, it’s certainly no better in Europe where the EU sees mass migration as a convenient way of completing its project of dissolving national identities. Encouraging separatism at the regional level is one way of doing it, but mass fragmentation of nations gets the job done even more thoroughly and comprehensively.
The EU is working off another melting pot model, much like the national governments who think that they can create a pliable left-leaning electorate by opening up the borders. What they actually end up creating is chaos and chaos eventually becomes order. The only question is whose order it will be. It isn’t likely to be their order, which leaves few options.

The coalitions that the left built up to consolidate its rule are being hijacked and used by the Brotherhood as the building blocks of their rule instead.
In a chaotic environment, tribalism and a compelling ideology can combine to carve out an expanding sphere of order. That is how Islam got its start, that is how it is operating now. In a fragmented environment, it has a leg up because it is organized and it has the money and vision to move forward, which is more than the natives or most of the other immigrants have.
To Islam, Europe, America and the rest of the non-Muslim world are all Mogadishus, they are the Dar Al-Harb, the realm of the sword, where the faithful are destined to bring order. Every social problem proves how much the infidel world needs them to bring order and the violence that they bring raises the stakes and drives everyone toward an inevitable conflict.
Borders are created to keep things out, like invading armies and suicide bombers. The border represents security and ownership, and when you take away the border those are gone and the soft vulnerable territories within are up for grabs to the ruthless and the canny. If the borders are down, then why not go north where there’s wealth and power up for grabs and take some for yourself.

That set of conditions makes it quite difficult for them to build and maintain functional countries of their own, but leaves them quite well adapted to using tribal and religious ties to take over regions in a state of multicultural flux.
Islam is not built for competence, it’s built for conquest. Its effectiveness lies in its ability to create chaos, rather than maintain order. And every suicide bomber, every plot exposed, every riot over a cartoon demonstrates the power of that chaos and how far the local and global authorities who try to maintain order will go to appease the causers of chaos.
A West that has become increasingly secular, where nationalism is suspect and ethnic identity for the natives is taboo, is frighteningly ill-adapted to such a conflict. It has thrown away the survival skills necessary to cope with the situation and the survival skills it has are built on adapting to change by submitting to a new state of affairs, whether it’s a new set of ideas, a new set of forms or a new set of laws. Change and future shock have become the way of the West. Islam’s past shock follows the same narrative and makes the same demands. Adapt, learn to recite the new truisms and get on with your life.
The West has learned to forget and it no longer knows the answer to the question, “Who are we?”. Who are we beyond people in an experiment to create a new and better society and then spread that wonderful society to the rest of the world? And what exactly is that society we are spreading?
Muslims who know quite well what new and better society they are part of, have an advantage because they understand their role better than the natives. The ability to answer the big questions is a key factor in any struggle. Every battle begins with an army that has to be composed of men who have to be convinced to leave their homes and participate in a conflict that may cost them their lives. Getting them lined up and in good fighting shape is a lot easier if they understand why they are here.
They are better adapted to the end of the state, because they have never truly internalized the reality of the state, than the Westerner for whom the state has become the fundamental unit of existence.
Westerners have become the ultimate refugees, lost at home, refugees in their own countries, wanderers in their own cities. The same processes that have turned their countries into superpowers are now drowning them in their own effluvia. And the citizen of the first world often finds that he seems to belong less in his own country than the refugees flooding it. He has become a displaced person, a familiar enough feeling to many of his new neighbors who are also victims of ethnic and religious conflicts. But while the conflicts they have fled are official, his conflict is not. He is the victim of a nameless conflict that cannot be named, of a colonization that cannot be described as such and of the ethnic cleansing of his national identity and the theft of his future.

Thirty years ago there was a chance that the merit system could have been reimposed but it is now much too late since the Immigration Lobby has acquired political power and in any event is a creature of the NWO elite who need to destabilize and denationalize the country to complete the takeover. Since there is no debate in the media, most people think the black influx is just happenstance. Immigration insanity – or cunning conspiracy?
Thanks to a mole in the Immigration Department, since 1970 I have known of the surreptitious sabotage of Canadian immigration policy which originated with Pierre Trudeau’s secret, vengeful machinations to impose his vision of “racial balance” on Canada. His plan was endorsed by his powerful, no less sinister “advisors”, whose interests he served, wittingly or unwittingly, without the knowledge or consent of the predominantly white population of the time.
Secrecy was necessary since public knowledge of the plan would have created outrage throughout the country and doomed the Liberal Party’s chances of re-election. Thus, no public anouncement was made nor debate permitted in Partiament or the media, although the goal was stated in a confidential memo from Minister Marchand to senior bureaucrats at the time, quoting the Prime Minister.
To increase the hitherto non-existent flow of visible minorities, formerly barred by the “ässimilability” criterion, immigration offices were opened in the West Indies, fruitlessly at first since only a handful of applicants could meet the minimum qualifications. Simultaneously, long-established offices in traditional source countries were closed and applicants appearing at Canadian Embassies were rudely rebuffed (in the mid-’seventies as I waited in the reception at the Canadian High Commission in London, a very attractive young lady, who turned out to be Assistant to the Managing Director of a London company, arrived and said she wished to emigrate to Canada. Although her skills (and genes) were much needed in Canada, the Canadian clerk on duty replied: “There is no point in my even giving you the application forms, because I know you will not be accepted”).
At the same time as the comely, talented Briton was being rejected out-of-hand, literally countless thousands of unemployable, unassimilable, unscreened, aesthetically-challenged blacks from the shanty-towns of the West Indies were arriving at the Toronto Airport and whisked through the terminal directly onto the welfare system, where they and their progeny largely remain, at phenomenal, unnecessary cost to the City and the country.
The seemingly mindless opening of the flood-gates was illegal and a gross violation of Canada’s traditional merit selection policy, but woe betide the conscientious Immigration Officer who raised objections or tried to stem the tide. With various refinements (refugee and family reunion, legal aid and other pretexts) the door to the Third World has remained wide open, even under the present “conservative” government now setting the stage for an unlimited seaborne invasion which could destroy Canadian society as we know it, and further impoverish native-born taxpayers.
An important aspect of the open-door policy that is still well-concealed, is the cost to the source countries of Canada’s profligacy. Firstly, it deprives the sending country of its more energetic and artful members. Secondly, it deprives the Third World generally of funds that could be used to support in comfort a hundred-fold the numbers in their native habitat for the cost of each one maintained in Canada on our very high welfare standards. It is well known that a good proportion of the welfare payments to migrants in Canada are remitted to their home countries (check out any Western Union office) but these funds are not spent on roads, schools and hospitals, they go for airline tickets to Canada for friends and relatives, compounding the problem. It is rumoured that money for airline tickets is also provided by European agencies to relieve their countries of the increasingly unbearable burden.
Something further to ponder is the news in today’s POST that the Government has already spent $25 million on the reception of 500 Tamils, or $50,000. per man, woman and child. For a fraction of this cost, each one of the claimants could have been persuaded to remain in Sri Lanka or Thailand, or could have been persuaded to return to India, which is their ancestral homeland. Is the entire Immigration Establishment blind to this possibility, or would they perhaps see it as a threat to their lucrative, tainted spoils from the dysfunctional status quo?
And, oh, just one more thing: if the well-organized Third World invasion were not by invitation of the afflicted countries, which now include even Scandinavia, then by whose Hidden Hand was it contrived? Is there a group so influential in the Western democracies, so powerful that it can force governments to act against the most vital interests of their own countries? Is the Hidden Hand that of an international Elite destabilizing the Western Christian nations to forestall united opposition to cabalistic One World Government? Is there any other plausible explanation?

AN OPEN LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER HARPER

As with most other native-born Canadians, I have watched with increasing consternation and perplexity the fruits of Pierre Trudeau’s perverse quest for “racial balance” in Canada, a goal which he, and his even more sinister advisors, sought to achieve through effective abolition of entry requirements for Third World migrants while choking off the traditional flow of British and European immigrants.
The resulting radical change in the complexion and character of the Canadian nation did not have the consent of the electorate nor is there any reason to believe, had it been put to the country in a referendum, that it would have had any support whatsoever among the pre-existing population. Insofar as the policy was implemented surreptitiously against the will and best interests of the country, it was, and is, fraudulent and should be judged accordingly.. It was introduced despite the ample evidence, readily available from the experience in the United States and other countries, that blacks (negroes) are inherently unassimilable and a source of insoluble social problems both institutional and private.
The fact that deeply-entrenched, lobby-driven Political Correctness has forestalled open discussion of the problem does not lessen its severity; on the contrary the suppression of opinion, in which the government and media are complicit, simply facilitates the growing flood of self-selected Third World immigrants that threatens not only the disenfranchisement of the native-born but the very existence of Canada as a sovereign nation.
A prescient letter in the Toronto Star warned as far back as January 5, 1989 that “the high Canadian living standard and elegant lifestyle are being used to attract residents of the Third World despite the very real risk of an overwhelming response”.and although “policy based on minority politics in the short term may be politically astute and spiritually satisfying, in the long run it will result inevitably in a metamorphosis of the country from a relatively comfortable, homogeneous Christian-European union to a turbulent, low-wage, multi-racial, multicultural polyglot, essentially without national character, without cohesion, without identity, without historical integrity and without common purpose”. To which might be added, ïn the light of subsequent developments, “without security, without freedom of opinion and without responsible government”.
Traditional Conservatives assumed that the self-serving, destructive, inequitable and blatantly racist policy of the Liberal Government would be quickly reversed once a Conservative party gained power but, inexplicably, such was not the case and the assimilation problem has now reached crisis proportions. It is worth noting that the money paid to support even one self-styled “refugee” or purported “family member” in Canada could otherwise support a hundred indigents in or near their country of origin.
Similarly, Canadian foreign policy under successive governments has not served Canadian interests, on the contrary has damaged our image beyond repair through its Lobby-enforced endorsement of American and Israeli positions on the Middle East. It has caused us to forego hundreds of billions of dollars in earnings from formerly friendly oil-producing nations who once saw non-colonialist Canada as their trading partner of choice. That Canada should gratuitously join the illegal attack on the friendly, benevolently-governed, legitimate State of Libya defies comprehension.
Time is running out, Mr Prime Minister, and unless decisive and fearless measures are taken 1) to restore the immigration criteria that served the country well for over a century 2) to repatriate all who have entered the country under false pretenses or have otherwise abused our hospitality and 3) to restore control of Canadian foreign policy to uncompromised Canadian hands, the destabilization, and eventual disintegration of Canada will be a foregone conclusion.
It would be ironic indeed, if Canadians should lose hope that the Conservative Party has the will to effect the necessary reforms and be forced to turn to the originators of the problems for relief. With due respect, I remain,
